FAQ

Web Hosting questions, answered.

Don’t see yours? Email [email protected] — a person replies the same day.

Is your web hosting located in Canada?

Yes. You can host in a Canadian data centre, or in the United States if most of your visitors are there. You choose the location when you sign up.

Do you migrate my existing website for free?

Yes. We move your files, databases and email accounts from your current host, test the site on our servers, and switch DNS once everything checks out.

What makes NVMe hosting faster?

NVMe drives connect directly over PCIe instead of the older SATA interface, giving far higher read/write speeds and lower latency. Combined with LiteSpeed caching, pages and database queries respond faster.

Is SSL included with hosting?

Yes. Free SSL certificates are issued and renewed automatically for every domain and subdomain on your hosting account.

When should I move from shared hosting to a VPS?

Consider a VPS when you need root access, custom software, guaranteed CPU and RAM, or when your site regularly hits shared hosting resource limits.
